Here we are in our "new" camper, parked up at Loton Park speed hillclimb for a weekend of motorsport mayhem and madness. The camper is a 2009 vintage 2.3 L4H2 Ducato Maxi panel van with 205,000 miles on it. We've converted (okay we are converting) it ourselves. It has been touch and go for the last couple of weeks as to whether it would be ready (enough) to use, last weekend there was no 12V electrics connected, no plumbing connected, no washroom and no bed! Still no washroom but the 12V stuff is temporarily connected up even including the satellite TV and solar panels. The bed was finished yesterday morning. Mostly its going really well although we appear to be having some intermittent issues with gas, the fridge has failed to relight a couple of times and the Propex space heater has been intermittent (although it is running now). For this weekend the toiilet is free standing just to the rear of the side door and flushes with a jug :) . Most important is we are away in our own camper again.

Happy Easter folks ;-)

Happy Easter. I can recommend a really good vehicle place near Telford if you're interested :whistle2:

Have a good one and all the best for the finish of the conversion.....(y)

Best to take the toilet out if you are going to attempt the hill climb. :)

Not competing this weekend, in the "orange army" instead ( car not ready either), hoping the weather will be kind but we have a yellow warning for high winds today.
