Whist we have hired a motorhome in Canada & Australia we have purchased our first Motorhome collecting it in earlier in 2017. The biggest homework was choosing the right vehicle. Wiffee said I couldn't spend £175,000 I wanted to! so ended up with a Bolero 714 SB. 7.77m and 4.25GVW. Full width bathroom at the back and a separate room with twin beds. Just right for us and doggie.

We travel every 2 - 3 weeks. Wales, South West and South coast so far with a 3 week trip booked for Lake Garda in 2018. All great fun, all running smoothly. Best luxury the vehicle comes with is a decent massive fridge. Our best luxury installed on board is an expresso machine.

All good fun

Help...my wife wants to put pink friggin solar lights around the outside of the habitation door. I don't..

Do I
1. Divorce her?
2. Carry a hammer and smash them, saying a caravan neighbour did it?
3. Give in to keep her happy?

Please please advise...

Hi and welcome to FUN, you only get a limited amount of posts as a Read Only Member. It's well worth the £15.00 for annual subscription which you could get back in advice alone. (y)

w2f from a former Bolero 712 SB owner, which I think was the predecessor to the 714.

Not being a fan of decorative lights, tell the boss lady that it's a motorhome, not a flippin' Christmas tree ......., but don't forget that you have to live with her

Garda's beautiful and is high on my return visit list !
