IMG_2441.JPG Parked up at Nersac and there is a new bar,so had to try it. Turns out Grimbergen do a Xmas bier called Noel,well it was lovely so we had another. Hic.

You must mean first drink in France.....the French cant brew beer of any description.

Even that 'stuff' in your pic is served in a trifle dish.

Traditionally an Abbey beer brewed in Belgium. When I lived there we drank the really strong dark one with a dash of Grenadine, it was amazing............ v strong !!!! These days I think they are brewed in Belgium and France. The glass is traditional. Still got one glass left from a pair, so sentimental I won't use it doh !!
