Everything rattles in ours, we've got foam & towels everywhere, but we love her to death. Seems to be getting better though, unless we've just got used to it, unless it's a new rattle, we don't notice anymore

Have tried to stop fires making a noise on various vans, on last one went to all sorts of trouble even taking it apart, tightened everything, it worked a treat on test run.

Then we lit the fire, back to square one, lost interest after that.

i have the same problem, i have taken the front cover off and tightened all the screws i could see and on the back heat shield as well, also the blower motor housing was loose which was tightened , not took the van out for a test run yet , but if the rattles come back i will be using small bolts and lock nuts and hope that works
