Finishing Bodywork Cover

I’ve lost a little white finishing cover. Are they universal or Pilote brand? Any suggestions with a link on where to buy gratefully received.

It is on the side of the moho and funnily enough, there isn't a corresponding hole on the opposite side of the van. Who knew?!
