Stayed at Bergue last night and today did the 530km to Charmes (Vosges). For the first time in 20 odd years the aire is full. Had to stay on the site next door, which is actually very nice, though a bit more, does ACSI though its not in the book. Sun is shining but not very warm so further south tomorrow. Looking at the forecasts nothing seems too great at present.

Initially to Bourg st Andeol to see some friends. The weather there seems ok at present, but may not last. Even the Costas seem iffy at the moment.

Currently at Lons le saunier in the Jura. Sun shining and temp 26C which is a bit more like it. We've stayed a day here as a bit tired, didn't get up till 9.30.
We are staying at Camping Marjorie (ACSI) as we know the people who run it. If anyones coming here the usual entrance from the south is closed owing to immense road buildind, so if heading north you have to go past it and turn round at the roundabout and come back.

Heading off to Bourg st Andeol tomorrow.Monday and Tuesday weather seems OK but Wednesday wet, though this seems to be everywhere, including Northern Spain. Benidorm OK till Thursday and then gets it. On the whole looks better to brave the rain as it's only for one day.

Should have kept my mouth shut......rained all day sunday...Just stopped and brightening up. Decent forcast for rest of the week.....Moving down to Malaga thurs. BUSBY
