Has any funsters heard of a fiat recall re cambelt I have a 2.3 160 bhp 9 speed auto (2021) 12000 mileage vantage EOS, I have booked into my usual garage for full service/cambelt/water pump for August when van will be 4 years old, should I advance the cambelt change service to now, also is funsters aware of a fiat recall re auto gearbox software update.

Lots of threads on here about the auto gearbox recall for higher output engines. I think it applies to the newer 2.2 litre diesel unit. Suggest you do a search. I know nothing about cambelt recalls.

I'd check with your garage but I seem to recall someone else stating that they had been informed of a cam belt recall on their van?

9Sp GB update only for 2.2 180 and 160 bhp as far as i know.

You could have cambelt done this year, but sure Fiat recommend 5 yearly?

Just had ours changed at Adams Morey. It has done 55,000 miles so far. The van will be 5 years old soon. They didn't mention anything about a recall.
