Fiat service record book

Can anyone tell me why a fiat Ducato 2017 service record book is different from a 2014. I can obtain an up to 2014 but not the later from the normal sources eBay etc. Not rung the main steelers yet as I don’t want to spoil Xmas

In my 2017 the pages for dealers stamp and signature has tiny little spaces about a quarter of the size of the 2014 (last van was 2014) that's about all I can remember.

Cheers for response Lenny. For the life of me can’t think of any reason I can’t use the earlier one. Just had it’s first service at independent and the guy who had it before me can’t remember if he had one
