Fiat Mirror flops backwards

Hi we have a Dethleffs Advantage motorhome on a Fiat chassis and when we drive along the motorway at about 70 mph the driver side Mirror gradually works its way backwards so we have to lean out of the window and push it forwards. The passenger-side one doesn't do it. Its a real pain. Does anyone know if these can be tightened or adjusted?

Ducato mirror tension

My 2010 Ducato passenger mirror has started folding back when over about 50mph :( Is there a way on adjust the tension on the arms? It's the arm to door joints not mirror to arms.
