A bit disappointed as we were supposed to pick the MoHo up yesterday but it was put back to today. Just phoned them to find it will be tomorrow. I hope it is as we are going away on Sunday.
First they said the water pump wasn’t working and they are struggling to find the fault. I asked if they had turned the switch On in the bathroom and he said he’s never seen that before.
A question for the collective:- Is it a normal Hymer feature?
On my journey to them on Wed, the indicators developed a fault so I asked them to look into it. They said the windscreen wipers are not parked properly ans the fault is linked to the indicators. Has anybody else heard of this?

Is that why they work on intermittent when the indicators are used.

Sorry at my attempt at humour 🤷‍♂️😊

I see you have a BDL, it is the first model where they put the switch in the cupboard in the bathroom. When we picked up our van in 2017 our dealer said you won't have a switch for the water pump on this one (last one it was above the door). I found it, was surprised as our Belgium dealer is very knowledgeable.

Wipers not working it could be Schault relay box fitted by Hymer to control the wipers, I had one fail on my last Hymer.

Indicators not working will probably be the headlamp loom between the headlamp unit and the ballast unit.
My repair here.

I find it concerning that a customer knows more then the dealer....🤔
Often the way with Motorhomes especially with UK dealers.
UK Hymer dealers often try to flog the customer a TV aerial when Hymers have had built in TV aerials for years.
