Fiat ducato water pump

Hi all. I have a weinsberg carahome 550mg on a 2016 fiat ducato. water pump for shower and taps not working. Pump itself is ok as works when directly connected to 12volts. Fuse is OK but no voltage where fuse plugs in. All other appliances seem to work OK. Any advice appreciated, thanks

Is there a switch or on/off button that should put the pump on ? If so ( If it is is turned on) maybe the switch is faulty , there also could be a water pressure switch that is not working (or has its own fuse)
