On right hand drive it's to the right of steering column concealed behind a small plastic cover. One more question please. Where is the OBD port in the Ducato please
I borrowed my son’s OBD reader but it didn’t come up with any error codes. I don’t think they all read air bag codes. If you've access to an OBD reader and can get the error codes you could call \ online chat with crash-data. From memory Jean on the phone and Abbey on chatline. They're very helpful.

indeed, they don't. The cheaper basic ones can read engine codes and maybe reset the EML but nothing moreI borrowed my son’s OBD reader but it didn’t come up with any error codes. I don’t think they all read air bag codes.
Son just left. Could not read the codes as he has only got free software. He is going to buy the software and I will pay for it! Still cheaper than going to local Fiat Pro dealerI borrowed my son’s OBD reader but it didn’t come up with any error codes. I don’t think they all read air bag codes.

Its probably the ECU. I sent my ECU away to CrashData in Liverpool on Tuesday of last week and they returned it repaired on Friday and I fitted it back in on Saturday. Total cost of £79, including VAT and postage, which is a lot cheaper than the new ECU a Fiat Pro dealer will fit for you. Very easy to remove and replace using the photo instructions linked to in post #4 of this thread.Hi
Airbag error with code B0102-00 Connection to ECU grounding.
Is it likely to be ECU or the slip-ring thing in the steering?
