I have have just fitted rear air bags and was thinking that they may “assist” the front suspension as the name implies. Have you experience of them and if so what make and size were they and on what vehicle please?

I, as have others on here fitted heavier duty front springs. For me they added nearly 50mm and a far better drive.

My PVC (Fiat light chassis 3500kg) also had bags in the back and HD front springs and it was really good compared to without them. The next is on order with Maxi chassis, expecting similar result from that as standard.

I think I will have a rethink as there is more to this than many make out. Thanks for responses.

I have fitted a pair of Sumo's from Super Springs to the front strut coil springs on our Peugeot Boxer MH which has raise the of our van by about 35mm and stopped the front suspension from banging around and rolling as much on rough roads now. The Super Springs part number was CSS-1168 for our van

Cheers, thanks for the reply. A bit more positive response to my original post.
