Fiat ducato front inner wheel arches (1 Viewer)

Hi, My 2002 Bessacar motorhome mounted on Fiat Ducato X244 chassis just failed the MOT on inner wheel arches rusted away to dust but the problem is where to get replacement repair panel's as I am not having much luck locating any? Has anyone got any ideas please? Any information would be gratefully accepted. Thank you. Barry
