Hi all, I was reading a few threads on the above so thought I'd take a look under the bonnet.low and behold while it was still raining I could see a river of water cascading over the back of the n/s headlight not so bad on the o/s. The problem I could see was the rubber moulding doesn't fit flush to the body as there's an edge trim on the steel bulkhead frame which splays the moulding at the lowest point by the drain plug, I have washed the drain plug through and it's clear as it empties in the wheel arch over your feet! I removed the moulding cleaned it up and sealed it with a bead of silicone on the n/s, the moulding on the o/s doesn't even sit snug at all so had to fill and clamp it into place hoping it will do the trick.
