Fiat Ducato clutch

I own an 2003 Autotrail Chieftain on a Fiat Ducato 2.8L chassis. Have just had my second clutch fitted within three years, the last one only having done approx. 5000 miles. I DO NOT RIDE THE CLUTCH. I was a professional driver and still hold a PCV licence and have never had any clutch problems in my nearly 54 years of driving!
Has anyone else experienced and clutch problems with their Chieftain with the similar 2.8L engine?

Had a 2005 2.8 AT Chieftain did 115,000 miles on the original clutch.
