Fiat Ducato Bluetooth help...please (1 Viewer)

I have a 2012 Kontiki 679 Ducato based. The hands free blutooth was working fine yesterday, got in today and I cannot connect and in fact nothing now happens when I press the phone/menu button or the speech button on the steering wheel? The radio is working fine and I can access a radio menu system but there is nothing to do with the phone or bluetooth on it. I have looked through every manual I have and there is absoloutely no instruction on how to set up the phone or bluetooth. Brownhills were of no use either. There is a system reset in the radio menu which I tried but still no joy? HELP please...... ( I have searched high and low on the internet but cant find anything).

Think you'd have to set it up on your phone, can you see your system under your phone settings?

No its completely dead.

Ok, I don't have that system but it tends to be on the phone side. With it being completely dead would it have its own dedicated fuse?

I seemed to revive the whole thing by plugging my daughters Iphone into the USB socket in the centre glovebox. Not sure why that should fix it?
