We have the Laika 7.1G 2.8l 2004 automatic and are very happy with it. Drivers seat adjustment is a little limited but otherwise found no problems. Just been back in the UK with her in temps down to zero and again no problems.

Yes had a couple of Laika's and its a well constructed vehicle, part of the Hymer group I believe.

Van Conversion
Exp
Since 1990
Hi. Just parted with our Laika 5.1G. It was 16 years old (2001) and done 45000 miles. We just did 5500 miles around Scandinavia and it didn't miss a beat. We bought it from a family friend who bought in new so we know it's history. Everything worked and the engine just plods along all day. It never used a drop of oil between services and it served us well. Only sold it as we have downsized to a van conversion so we can share the driving a bit. If Laika did van conversions I wouldn't hesitate.
