Really upset right now, only had the van for 4 months we have 2,000 miles on the clock. Suddenly (husband driving), we get a warning noise 'Engine' lights up on info screen and yellow engine symbol lights up! So we pull into a lay by, call Fiat Camper Assist as manual says to get help. Call both numbers, message says we are not authorised to make the call. Local dealership put us through to someone in Albania who said he would put us through to somone else, then just got a lot of messages in Italian then cut off! Driving on now with fingers crossed. Thank goodness it's not me driving alone at night ☹️

At that mileage could be faulty DPF sensor, a few others have had it.

You can get UK Fiat Assist, can’t find number just now but has seen it on another post.

If light is yellow/orange you should be good. If red you do need to stop. When RAC put their diagnostic on the van ask them to let you know what the AdBlu level is, of below 50% top up soon as that will save you having a low AdBlu issue.

I have found Fiat Assist very good.
Had problem with battery in France. Contacted them via the phone somewhere I no not where and within a couple of hours they arrived and we were soon sorted and on our way.

We had the same last week in France. Ignored it for a few days and then thrashed it for 20mins. Next day it was back to normal and has stayed off since. Only odd thing is that auto box will not move to normal.Only allows eco or sport. Will see what happens in the next 2 weeks before we return to uk.

Are you sure it is not the Ad-blu warning light? Mine came on at around 1800 miles and there have been other reports. It seems Fiat are not filling up the base vehicle which takes around 15 litres. Mine did not come up in PDI either,

Sorry, had an awful day, I got the 0333 phone number, but now still waiting for RAC. At Harwich for a shanty festival, should out playing/singing but that's not happening tonight now. Don't think it's ad-blue that's a different symbol and husband filled that up at 1,000 miles so should be ok?

So, I tried to post last night but lost internet! RAC came about 8,30 it was DPF, so panic over!
We’re are you at this moment?
