Fiat Breakdown Cover

So I had a flat battery yesterday in my 2 year old Fiat Ducato camper

My question is that I called Fiat Breakdown on 00 800 34280000 and didn’t connect after waiting for 2 hours. After about 30 mins it would cut off

Not a massive issue as I will sort. Just lost one’s campsite cost.

My worry is that when I go on my tour to France and Spain next year the same no response might happen with worse consequences

Anybody had the same service from Fiat Breakdown Recovery ?

I think there’s a UK number on here somewhere. I had no problem when I called them out 18 months or so ago.
