Hi, I did try searching 1st but I found about winding in and our awning will not wind out. I must say we very rarely use it as Jill is worried in case of a gust of wind coming and it acting like a sail. We tried to wind it out and would only ease out if I pulled the awning out at the same time as unwinding. I can not see how it comes to bits and if I undo something will it be like the back of a watch ,gears and cogs going every where. If it's to bad will carry a set of steps and attach a drive away awning to the fiamma . Cheers:Smile:

Can't help with the winding out thing.. But if you get the tie down kit or the tie down S along with the feet adapter things you can fix it down pretty tightly (so long as you can get pegs in the ground)

Our could be reluctant sometimes but I just wind it in tight and then back quite quickly and it drops out.
