When i bought our motorhome we asked for a cycle rack and storage box to be fitted. We were not going to carry bikes but thought it would be better to have one rather than the wall mountings. Our dealership fitted it along with the ultra 360 box. We recently purchased a 500 box and tried today to fit it. I have found a thread ( wish i had seen it before) that states pro c is not suitable for an ultra box. It is meant to be secured by 4 brackets, 2 at the top and 2 and the bottom. But looking at our 360 it has 1 at the top and 2 at the bottom. The 500 would def need the 2 at the top. I have to phone back agentfiamma tomorrow to talk to their 'specialist' but no where does it state the racks are not suitable ultra boxes.
Has anyone fitted a 500 to pro c? The other question is do i go back to my dealer and say the box is not been fitted properly? (May 14 it was fitted) Or should not have been purchased that rack? Will one bracket for the 360 be enough on the top?

. I called agent fiamma who were a really good help. They said that Fiamma has confirmed that the boxes fit pro c bike rack but have not altered the instructions to show this. Basically its two fittings on the base, 2 on the bottom of a back and if you want to fit your own extra one at the top. This is only for vibration and it makes us feel better. Lots of head scratching done by us and thank goodness Daniel from agent fiamma was there on the phone to help. He was very good and took the time to help and talk us through it.
