Sadly none of the above help but I’m still waiting for a call back from Nova Leisure who are supposed to be the Uk importer ( according to the Fiamma it website)

Ok so Nova Leisure are one of a few Fiamma Importers so there are more than one! I have decided to return the H3 roof rack and get a refund!

Hi Phil, ordered the right rack (hopefully) from agent Fiamma tonight
