Fiamma privacy room

Hi all, I've recently brought a second hand fiamma privacy room for my van, the previous owner didnt have any instructions, most of it I've worked out but the bit I can't work out is, the left and right rafter I've looked on youtube but to no avail, the part is im not sure if this part pictured I've uploaded hoes to the van end or the front of the awning, would appreciate so help if possible.

I would imagine that the ‘left’ and ‘right’ labelled bits go to the ‘van end, and the rear upright supports‘ ‘spikes’ fit into the holes to lock it all together…….
The half-moon cut out in the plastic end should fit over another rafter/support I think.
Any other Funsters care to comment…..please?

Thanks all for your replies, think their must be some brackets missing to clip the grey plastic piece into, but without drawings or instructions it's frustrating. Hopefully some kind member will have some info on it
