Fiamma adjustments (1 Viewer)

We've got a F45 fiamma wind out awning and when winding in the roll piece is lower than the casing all the way along.
Also when winding out I have to pull it out the casing to start it off.
Looked at the Fiamma video's but non for a model has old as ours and also rang Johns Cross without any success.
It's been like this since we bought the van 6 years ago but I've finally got round to trying to fix it.
