Silly question but how do ferry companies classify fifth wheelers?

When looking on the ferry companies online booking systems they give you options for motorhomes/motorhomes and trailers/cars and trailers/vans and trailers......

Thanks

I wondered whether it would be classed as a car & trailer (ours is pulled by a Nissan Nav) but wasn't sure

Caravan & motorhome 45 + yrs
When we booked up we phoned them and told them the overall length of the rig..

If you do it on line they want to know what car length and what trailer length..

Coupled up normal type 5er and truck is 8-10 foot less because that much is over hanging the truck and visa versa,, if you get my drift. :thumb:
