We visited Maranello last summer, while driving from Venice to Florence.

I don't recall seeing any campsites or sostas in the immediate local area but they must be around ?
Parking is limited, we found a car park about 200yds from the entrance (Via Fornace, 41053, Maranello. Co-ordinates 44.53104, 10.862932)
Sadly, no Enzo at the time of our visit but still a stunning collection of artworks cars :)

We drove to Florence after visiting the museum, it's about two hours away and absolutely worth the drive.
We stayed at http://www.campinginternazionalefirenze.com/ not cheap or the best site but great location for visiting town (y)

I'm a newbie
It may be worth before going to check any dates for major shows like the goodwood festival of speed, as many cars will be taken to events like these.

Living the dream.
There were some great cars. The one Chris Evans owned was in there on show, still had UK road tax disc on the windscreen.
