The form you need to fill in. It mentions 48hrs. Is that 48hrs from getting to Spain or 48hrs before ferry?

You can start at any time and save it , but only complete/ submit it 48 hrs before arrival..... mine went in a day too early but was ok , my son also flew out and his went in too early , the system was a bit wobbly

The ferry is 0.900ish next Tuesday we dock in Spain 14.00ish Wednesday. So when should we fill send form In.

It’s any time between 48 hours before your return ferry arrives back in uk and when it departs from Spain. Does that make sense?

How do I create a Health Control Form to travel to Spain?​

If you are going to travel to Spain from another country, you will have to fill out the details of the Health Control form (FCS) associated with your trip, and have the QR code that you will obtain after completing your form.

You can get your FCS from the SpTH website or from the SpTH mobile app.

Once you have completed it correctly, you can sign it (from 48 hours before your arrival in Spain) and obtain your QR code associated with your trip.
