Faulty electric blind; 2009 Eura Mobil Nobel Art Liner 2

The Remis windscreen blackout blind / sun visor on my Nobel Art Liner 2 needs fixing. One of the cords has snapped. (Motor works fine). I have no idea how to fix it but haven't been able to find a professional who can. Any suggestions, please?
