Those are imperial fuses, you should have used 3/8‘ bolts

How many amps do you think the allen head cap screw could manage

I think they would be more effective with the heads at the top to stop them from dropping out, or is that why they are threaded?

I've only ever used fast threads in 3 pin plugs for welding.
