Anyone have any idea how easy it is to get to the burner in a fanmaster 4000 to give it a clean up.

It lights but is making a roaring sound, very orange flame, and every now and again pops a big flame out from where it shouldn't be coming from by the looks of things.

I suspect lack of use means the jets/burner are clogged up with who knows what and could do with a bit of attention with an airline and some poking about like my fridge needed.

Any guides or pointers would be very much appreciated.

Cheers all

Hi

From memory I would say that there are a couple of screws down at floor level and then the cover just lifts up and off.

I would say you are dealing with a faulty gas appliance, get it serviced by a professional!
