Do any other M H Fun members belong to F.M.C.A.?It would seem to be quite cheap to join $45 approx £22 for 2 years. What if any benefit would a U.K.member get for joining, apart from a membership card and a badge for the RV? ::bigsmile:

NOTHING !! - as far as Im aware.

We got our 1st years FMCA membership for free when we purchased our RV in the US.

Being a member did allow us to join CoachNet for $79 - which is the best RV option I have EVER come across.

CoachNet is like the AA / RAC - for your $79 you and your family are covered for towing and basic roadside repairs, on the RV and any other cars in your immediate family.

They will even come out with a few gallons of fuel should you run out or to sort a damp battery.

Ive known people call them from the depths of Alaska and it took the mechanic 10hrs to reach them - only problem was he only bought them something like 3 gallons and they had to call him out again further down the road. :ROFLMAO:

Other than CoachNet, you get a nice big plaque to fix to the RV (and neat key rings) - proudly stating you are member number 55896245863221.

They have hundreds of different Chapter Members thru the USA (a bit like Hells Angels, with plastic underpants :ROFLMAO:)

In addition to the egg logo badge and membership card you also receive a monthly magazine which is quite informative.
