As travel cards are discussed quite regularly I thought I would tell you about my recent experience.
We've had a FairFX card for about 3 years and always found it great, both for paying for goods and for getting cash.
We've just been to Spain and while there used the card to withdraw cash from an ATM. We requested 200 euros but only 150 came out of the machine, but the receipt showed a withdrawal of 200. Went inside the bank and they gave me a business card with their address etc on and told me to contact my bank (FairFX).
A couple of days after getting home I emailed FairFX and told them what had happened. Within the hour I had a reply saying they were dealing with it. The next day I had another email saying it had been passed to the appropriate dept. Later that day I had another email from the Fraud dept saying my account had been refunded the 50 Euros and they sent me a form to complete and return.
