I am receiving via Facebook a load of french offers for VERY cheap phones etc w hitch look like scams. How can I get rid of them.

When you say Via facebook do you mean on your facebook page, if so you can change your settings to stops these. Also if you click on the arrow in top right corner of the ad a menu should drop down and you can block them.
