I am toying with the idea of installing an external shower in the rear storage area of our MH , with its near sole purpose to wash our small Dog outside after she gets messy from a lovely play in the muck :D
I am just thinking on something like a mixer tap to set the temperature , then a hose with the shower head , BUT i would like somesort of shut of valve fitted in the hose so i can start and stop the water at different stages of cleaning the dog.
As well if it will cost a fortune to buy the parts it won't happen and doggy can stay stinkin :D :D
Any idea's ?

I had an external shower put in when we had 2 dogs with the same idea as yourself . Have never used it and it has caused no end of problems leaking twice and i have now blanked it off

Mine had the mixer in the garage then a trigger head to control the flow. I added another length of hose to get extra reach. Never washed a dog but good for cleaning the bikes.

Thanks all for the replies :)
@Tykatem that looks likes the Dogs bollocks , will do the job nicely , and neat , from what i can gather there is a trigger on the showerhead to start / stop the water flow ?
As in the description it says "swivel head with fixed pattern spray with lever control"

We just use an extra shower hose with a joining fitting and a shower head with a lever and take it out of the back door, advantage of a PVC

Does that really work or is it an old wives tale ?
it really does work and has saved us many times from stinky dogs in the motorhome, shampoo tries to mask the smell but the vinegar and something in the tomato neutralise the stink of fox

Will give that a go, my girl JRT seems to go on a mission to roll in it every time, the boy dog is not interested luckily:D

PS, I assume it has to be Heinz ketchup?:LOL:
cheapie own brand seems best as more vinegary
Does it work with brown sauce?
Cause I'm a firm Believer that tomato ketchup is for under 8 yr olds and no one else
lol brown sauce on a dog looks the same as fox poo. and no it doesnt work
