External gas fitting..Cadac (1 Viewer)

On my van there is an external gas fitting for bbq's . I have the Cadac Safari and l am a bit puzzled how to connect the gas pipe to the van (pic attached) its not a push-on fitting. Is there a special fitting Tha l should buy and do l need a regulator of the kind one fits to a bottle? Advice welcome as always please.

You don't need a regulator - the van one takes care of that.

You're going to need the correct end for that particular outlet to go onto the hose from your Cadac - they're all different so there isn't a universal one.

I think thats the pre 2006 fitting, they changed around then, its the same as mine mines a 2005.

Any decent caravan/motorhome shop should have them or maybe ebay.

I bought a second hose and end to my cadac so I can choose between VAN gas and botteld gas

Yours looks like it could be a Reich one.

Just a quick thank you (all) for your help to my querie. Ordered the nozzle and arrived today - fits and now sorted indeed. Lovely helpful site this is
