Hi Everyone,
Following a hab check, I have a leaky external BBQ connection, so it's currently out of action.
Does anyone here know of a repairer/workshop that could/would work on MoHo pipework in the Berkshire area please?

Cheers,
Rich.

Which end of the county?

If West Berks end, my Dad has had various hab & damp related work done by these guys and is happy with their service…

Unless they’ve since moved, they are not far from M4 J13 / Chieveley.

Where is it leaking from? It might just need a nut tightening up where the pipe connects to the fixed outlet, or it might be an issue with the connector or pipe you're using to connect to the outlet ? Whip up some soap suds and smear the suds/bubbles over the affected area and you should see it bubbling where the leak is. Obviously don't leave gas to the external point after you've found where it's leaking from.

MisterB Seems it's the connection to the supply pipe, in the outside access port¹2

Can you send a photo? I assume you say it's the bit that you connect your hose onto as opposed to the copper pipe that connects onto the fitting and supplies gas to it? Could it be something to do with your hose or hose attachment if that's the case?
