Looking to spend up to 4 months at a time in spain. Any recommendations on health and vehicle insurance. Thanks

You need to check if your vehicle insurance covers you for 4 months in Europe, our Caravan Club insurance is for 270 days which covers the 6 months we stay there. As far as health insurance is concerned then that's up to you, we have relied upon the EHIC for the last few years.

we have relied upon the EHIC for the last few years.

Problem is with that it doesn't cover repatriation if required.
