Excess Power Loss

Had to return early from our trip due to family issues and one of the pups falling ill,parked up at home last night about 7-00pm, I had turned the fridge to battery power when boarding the tunnel as gas turned off then drove 120 miles home.
Just been in to empty the van and batteries are down to 230 from the 420ah I have.

Do you think this sound excessive as pretty sure nothing else is turned on.

Probably not, you need to find the power consumption of your fridge, is it a compressor or absorption type, how long was it on 12v? 9hrs @ 20A and you would see that level of consumption 20A @ 12v is equivalent to 240W.
