Now I know it would have been better if I had not had a problem with my Quest but I did, but the service I have received has been exemplary .
The roof of our Quest 4 man pop up had faded to Grey from Blue it was within the 12 month warranty so at the Peterborough Show I got the number of Quest. They advised me to get in touch with my supplier, but said they would liaise with them as well.
The outcome even though I had bought through Amazon from "Jacksons of Old Arley" Coventry was excellent, I rang Jacksons up, they could not have been more helpful, arranged collection next day, and even though bank holiday in between our Brand New Quest was delivered to us today, can't fault the service.

So anyone thinking of getting a Quest 4 Screen House I'd recommend Jacksons of Old Arley. Tel No. 01 676 540 878. as good as their word.
