ways I used to use depending on where I was!!

Connect the tablet to the PC and use it as external storage and then save to my doc on the tablet
Email it to yourself - assuming you have the tablet set up to receive emails

I now use dropbox for most things, Android Dropbox app doesnt have local copies though, - so to get round that I have the Dropsync app to sync local folders on android with the dropbox

Crude but will work...

Create your spreadsheet on the tablet, I assume it will save on the SD. All you need is one cell.

Remove SD, place in PC.

Find that file you created and copy the full one on top of it.

Replace SD.

But all my androids will plug into a PC and appear as a memory card anyway, so no need to take the SD in/out. However, creating a spreadsheet as a marker does let you see exactly where you need to drag/drop from the PC.

There are plenty of file managers on Android that let you connect wirelessly but they can be a bit tricky to use.
