Eurotunnel voucher

Well that was a surprise, started getting text messages from Eurotunnel yesterday telling me the form I needed to fill in for travel to France, suddenly remebered that today is the day that Eurotunnel moved my ticket to back when we were in Spain on lockdown and they phoned me to ask if they could move it, we were travelling to France over Easter, very busy for them.
I bought it 12 months ago for a trip I couldnt take due to Bowel cancer surgery. I just kept moving it forward until lockdown hapened and then forgot about it.
Anyway now have a voucher valid for 12months so a good result and nice to know that Eurotunnel are still doing the vouchers.

We were due to travel on 30th March, 2020, but had to cancel due to lockdown and were provided with a voucher.

We rebooked, yesterday, for 5th August. We had no problem with the voucher although there was a bit of a wait for the phone to be answered.

Pleased with the response from Eurotunnel and looking forward to our delayed trip.
