Looking for 2 or 4 tickets if anyone wants to share a frequent traveller account.

Hi I might be interested just got to sort a few thing out first can you let you know by the end of the day.

Frequent traveller cost £46 per crossing plus £12 when using a motorhome off peak.
Also worth noting that if you tow a trailer or AFrame a car that gets charged at £46.

I would be interested in sharing Frequent Traveller Account. Would require 6 crossings. Have never used tunnel before and would like to try. Do you have an account with Eurotunnel.

Hi @bobcat
Sorry I’ve been out for the day and just back home. Had no phone signal where we stopped for picnic.
I have an account which I set up to share with another funster 2 years ago and it worked well.
I put the other persons name as joint account holder and he gave me his address and card number just to make check in easier. If a credit card is not registered you have to go into the terminal.
It’s all based on trust between the account partners but one has to purchase the 10 tickets in the beginning and the other has to do a bank transfer to pay for his or her share.

I’ve tried to login to old account and it says expired so it’s looks like one has to start a new one for the new account and it lasts the 12 months from opening date.
The minimum of 10 tickets will be bought up front at £46 pounds each. The tickets last for a year from date of purchase.
Each account holder can login to the account at anytime and book one or more journeys. If you are taking a Motorhome the excess to pay at time of booking is £11. If you want to book a peak time journey then there are further charges. However there are plenty of early and later (after 4pm) trains with no excess charge.
It is free to cancel (up to 7 days before) or amend travel times.
Edit that might be extra £12 now for large vehicles.

Hi Bob. I can set one up. Are you happy with the Eurotunnel conditions?
In order to set one up with you I would need to have your full name and address plus email address and your share of the money 6 x £46 =£276.
Then the one year would start from the date I start the account.
It’s obviously better to share this information in PMs.
How quickly do you need the account to start ?

OK Annie, what date do youneed to start ,June sometime ok for me. How do i start a PM

I’ll send one to you and you can reply. It will be in your inbox at the top of the page next to Alerts

Thanks for letting me know glad you got it sorted.

Hi all

We'll be looking to share a frequent traveller from around the end of July if anyone is interested - looking for someone to take 5 or 6 trips. We've done this before & happy to be the main lead. Each trip costs £46 per car with a £12 additional cost for a motorhome, pets are £18 each way. Please get in touch if you're interested.
Apologies for hijacking your thread @Riverbankannie - but you did an excellent job of describing it!

However, people might see I’m sorted and not go on to read your latest post. I advise starting another new thread. You are welcome to copy and paste any of mine.
Good luck. We used our first ticket last night and were glad of the easy and free amendment from Saturday due to our water leak found Saturday morning.

Thanks for that @Riverbankannie - to be honest, the flexibility of frequent traveller is probably the best feature, we have found. Hope you're now sorted :)

Thanks, yes, a quick push-fit plumbing course from fellow funsters, and a helpful caravan shop, and hoses and t-pieces have been replaced.

Would have been interested for 4 crossings starting in about 3 weeks time. Never done the tunnel before but have toyed with the idea of using it with the frequent traveller.
David.

Bit too early for us but thanks anyway :D
