Hi

Anyone managed to add a MH/Campervan to your account to be used with Frequent Traveller tickets, as it does not recognise my registration number and cannot add by make the option to add type and size is only for motorbikes.

I can’t even get to frequent traveller ticket on my account it looks like they have blocked them off again it may be best if you ring them?

I emailed them and they said to add by type and size but as above this is for Motorbikes only.

We have always had to add our MH details as it will never accept our reg number. We have never had a problem. Maybe they are expecting travel to France to get silly again. I am just going to change our frequent traveller booking for 29th of August, I hadn't realised that it is a bank holiday, so hope to bring it forward a couple of days.

I have just had a practice. I find this new Frequent Traveller wallet thing a bit confusing, but when I managed to find my way into it my reg number was already saved. I could have booked for the Wednesday before bank holiday weekend. I won't do it until the last minute as we are having the confused gearbox looked at on 24th. If it's ok we will travel on 26th.
