I have just received notice of Euro 3 classification from Certificat qualite de l'air. My Carthago is on a Man chassis and was 1st registered on 30.11.2006. Every thing I have read, led me to believe that vehicles registered after 01.01.2006 were Euro 4. Is the classification correct? and if not, can I appeal?
Thanks in advance.

Two different things possibly, are you looking at the engine classification for your vehicle or the Crit'air standard they issue?

Being French and part of Europe they have decided on a completely different system to Germany (just so you don't understand it) so a Euro 4 is a 3 and a Euro 5/6 is a 2:LOL:
