Many insurers include it with your annual motorhome insurance. Most of the major companies like the AA and RAC also offer it. A lot of funsters use a company called
ADAC. I'm with Comfort who include cover.

As said above. I recommend you ask your insurance company. I paid quite a lot less than £300.00 for insurance and breakdown with repatriation. They will even send a driver if for any reason I cannot drive it home. Mine is 7.3m long and 4 tonnes.

I'm also with Comfort having just switched vehicle insurance from CCC and the continental Europe breakdown covered is supplied by the AA. I don't know what the length limit is (Comfort told me the limit is not as little as if one bought cover direct from the AA) but I'd be surprised if > 7 metres wasn't catered for.

ADAC Plus for us. €84 \ annum.
Covers the member in any vehicle they're travelling in.
https://www.adac.de/mitgliedschaft/adac_membership/
If you search ADAC on here you'll find a number of threads.

Our ADAC Plus which covers both of us is €107, if there are two of you it may be worth checking to see if you are both covered. If it is for a single person then just ignore me.

ADAC for us too, joint membership, even covers your children up to 18 (might even be 22, think iv'e read somewhere).
Had to use them in Belgium this easter, broken alternator shaft, had me towed to nearest Iveco dealer within 2 hours.
I was also covered with my safeguard insurance policy, but since the very good service from ADAC, i renewed my insurance without eu breakdown and saved £100.

IMG_0944.JPG My brother broke down Sat night on the Romanian/ Bulgarian border in his 7.5 mtr Moho enroute to Sofia where he had planed to park up and fly home. He is insured with the RAC who took full details then farmed the job out to some idiots who drove 200 kms and arrived mid morning Sunday with the van and car trailer seen above. After many calls the RAC agreed the vehicle was unsuitable and would make new arrangements with a tilting bed lorry, that turned up today a day and a half late!! I imagine when he gets home he will change to Adac like us.
