Could anyone suggest a good breakdown cover for Europe please? There seem to be quite a few offering motor home cover but would appreciate any personal experience suggestions?Thank you.

I use rac through c.cc club arrival .
Used them a couple times in France , very good service , communication in English kept us updated every hour of repair

Nationwide Flexplus came good for us when we had a breakdown in France last year so we have stuck with them. If you search them or us on the site you will see the whole story!

Green flag looked after us last year when we broke down in Portugal, never need to use them in the UK.

We use Red Pennant.

Not cheap but the service they gave after I had an impromptu fall off my bike followed by an Air Ambulance was exemplary.

When my comes up for renewal in November this is who i am going with after my disaster with comfort breakdown in December. Those that are interested there is a thread on here somewhere, just read the fine print whoever you choose.

Is it worth spending £54 to join the Caravan and Motorhome club to obtain members discount on European breakdown cover. I've been quoted £432 as a non member

I finally went with Comfort. I was with NFU but they didn't cover motorhome breakdown and my 2 year cover with Fiat Assist is due to end
