It would appear that it is Europe wide so take extra care.

I have Ben on the road for seven and a half weeks and seen two maybe three cop cars
Apart from yesterday in Edinburgh
I seen two together booth on there phones playing games of on Facebook
We did see sum on horse's
But thay only had big sticks that could wave at the drivers
