Just done one for Canada - took about 10 mins [and most of that was reading the instructions], paid £4.37 and it was emailed an hour or so later.
Not really anything to get exercised about.

I was told it will only take a few minutes. I was told at the meeting that everyone will need to complete one by 2023, even if you are going on holiday for a week.

Was announced many moons ago. Saving grace is that they are valid for, I think, 3 years. So no big deal really.
