Error Message

I have an Oyster Vision Mk2 which has worked well for many years.
I am now getting an error message and the system will not work.
I have made enquiries and it seems that the 'BLACK BOX' mine is a grey box needs replacing.
I have searched for the part, but they seem to have been discontinued.
Is there an alternative.
Hoping that someone can help with this.

Can I ask what the error message is that you're receiving?
If it is indeed a fatal error then I'm afraid that the Vision II systems are now obsolete and we no longer have any stock of reconditioned units either. There is a Command bundle upgrade that will replace the electronics of the system however this is purely an electronic upgrade and therefore the cabling and roof unit would remain the same.
The upgrade bundle would cost £455.53 inc VAT and can be delivered for you to fit yourself however obviously it's a lot of money to shell out on an older system so my advice would be to book in to come and see us where we can inspect the whole system and advise with more confidence on what we would recommend.
